Shipping Policy

Shipping

Due to Covid-19, there will be delays in shipping times. Domestic orders may take up to 4 weeks and international orders 4-8 weeks. We are not responsible for lost, stolen or misplaced packages.
Orders typically ship from our warehouse within 4-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Please allow extra shipping time during sale periods and holiday seasons. Orders are shipped with standard ground service from New York and will take an additional 5-8 days for delivery, depending on the recipient’s state. A tracking number will be emailed to the customer after the order has been processed. Talulah Pearl is not responsible for any delays due to local disruptions. Talulah Pearl is not responsible for LOST, DAMAGED or STOLEN PACKAGES, please contact your local post office.

We offer $7 flat-rate shipping on all U.S. orders up to $49.99 and free shipping on all U.S. orders over $50.00. Free shipping does not apply to international orders.

For international orders, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.

If your order is still tracking as IN TRANSIT, we will NOT send another order or offer any refunds.

WE DO NOT ALLOW ORDER CANCELLATIONS OR ORDER EDITS INCLUDING ADDRESS CHANGES ONCE ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Return & Exchange Policy

We ONLY offer STORE CREDIT for returned items that can be re-sold. You will receive your store credit via email. We DO NOT issue refunds to original method of payment. Shipping costs are not included in the store credit and will not be refunded.

WE DO NOT ALLOW ORDER CANCELLATIONS OR ORDER EDITS INCLUDING ADDRESS CHANGES ONCE ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Returns are FREE for all U.S. orders and there are no restocking fees. You have 7 days from the date of your order's delivery to drop off your eligible return at the post office. Please be aware we track orders according to the day they were scanned into the post office. Please note that items that say "Final Sale" in the description are not eligible for return. We do NOT make price adjustments on any past or future orders.

We DO NOT offer exchanges for any items at any time. If you need to exchange an item, please return your original order and use your gift card that was emailed to you. We do not honor sale prices on exchanges if the sale has ended.
Once your return has been delivered to Talulah Pearl, please allow 7-10 business days for your return to be processed and receive your store credit. We hope this will encourage you to take your time in selecting your purchases. Store credit never expires. For international returns, we recommend shipping your return with a carrier service that is easily tracked. The customer is responsible for providing a tracking number to Talulah Pearl if needed. The international customer incurs shipping expenses. Returned products are the senders responsibility until they reach Talulah Pearl warehouse.

To receive STORE CREDIT item(s) must be:
-Unused with tags and burlap bag in tack 
-No visible sign of pump being used

-No sign of any wear and tear, markings, make up, finger stains, or strong smell such as perfume, body odor, smoke etc.
-Item(s) must be in RESALABLE CONDITION We thoroughly check our products before shipment for any signs of usage or damage. None of our products are subject to damage before leaving our warehouse as they are packed and inspected by hand, one item at a time. 

DAMAGED/WRONG ITEM RECEIVED:
If you receive a damaged or wrong item, please email us at taluahpearlparfum@gmail.com with your order number and a photo / video of the damaged or wrong item within 7 days of receiving your package. If for ANY reason your item is damaged upon arrival, do not use the item! Once you have used your item, it no longer qualifies for a return or is a "damaged item".

Final Sale Items:
All final sale items are clearly marked at the top of the product description. Please pay close attention to this when shopping. This policy is firm and no exceptions will be made.
